Does my buyer need to install an app?
No. The QR opens a web page in the phone's browser. It works on any smartphone with a camera and a UPI-linked bank account.
What if someone scans but does not finish?
The code stays reserved for that mobile number. They can scan the same QR again any time and finish. Nobody else can claim it.
Can one QR be paid twice?
No. Each code pays once. Copying the QR or sharing the link does not help, because the claim is tied to the first verified mobile number.
Do you hold our money?
No. The cashback stays in your own payouts account with Cashfree or RazorpayX. RebateX only sends the transfer instruction after the claim passes your rules.
Can we print the QR on our own pouches?
Yes. Download the links for any range of code numbers as an Excel file and give it to your printer. The file never shows the reward amounts.
Where is our data kept?
In an encrypted, access-controlled database with daily backups. Each brand's data is separate, and every change is recorded in a tamper-evident log.
