QR credits
QR credits are created for you the moment you pay, and the links can be downloaded at once. Credits do not expire. Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase if no code from that purchase has been downloaded, printed or put in a campaign.
Printed vouchers
Print orders can be cancelled free of charge until we confirm printing. After printing has started they cannot be cancelled. If vouchers arrive damaged or misprinted, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint them free.
Rewards paid to customers
Rewards are paid from the brand's own payout account and cannot be reversed by us. A transfer that the bank rejects or returns is not lost: the reward goes back to the brand's balance or can be claimed again.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 7 working days.
